A man wearing a dark-colored beanie cap robbed a bank on Kent’s East Hill at about 5:28 p.m. Nov. 27.
Kent Police officers responded to the 10200 block of Southeast 240th Street for a report of a bank robbery. When patrol officers arrived they learned that the suspect entered the bank and presented a demand note to the teller and implied that he had a gun, according to a Kent Police media release.
The man then fled the bank and was last seen running to the west.
