Event shined in showing city operations

Congratulations and thanks to the city of Kent Public Works Operations department for an excellent event showcasing their equipment and operations on May 20 at City Hall.

It was a great event that should be seen and enjoyed by all citizens of Kent. They can see firsthand how the maintenance of their streets, sewer and other operations departments work.

Great event with hot dogs, delicious, and visits with our hard-working city employees.

Next year, let’s hope they have the event advertised and more citizens come out to view it.
