The Seattle Mist women’s football team will compete for the Western Conference Championship as part of a doubleheader of Legends Football League games on Saturday, Aug. 20 at the ShoWare Center in Kent.

The Kent-based Mist play the Dallas Desire at 6 p.m. The Atlanta Stream face the Chicago Bliss for the Eastern Conference title at 3 p.m. The winners play for the overall title Saturday, Aug. 27 WestWorld in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Seattle beat Chicago last year for the league title. The league used to be known as the Lingerie Football League and features seven-on-seven tackle football.

Ticket prices are $65 for field level, $45 for lower sideline, $35 for lower end zone, $30 for the party zone, $25 for upper sideline and $15 for upper end zone. A ticket is valid for both games.

Stevi Schnoor leads the Mist with 202 yards rushing and four touchdowns on 36 carries. Quarterback KK Matheny has thrown for 204 yards and 12 TDs. Bryn Renda has four TD catches. Danika Brace leads the defense with 22 solo tackles and three interceptions.
