Kentwood moves on to state quarterfinals | 4A boys Hardwood Classic

Rayvaughn Bolton scored 20 points and Eli’sha Sheppard had 14 points as Kentwood defeated Bellarmine Prep 73-65 in the first round of the 4A state boys basketball Hardwood Classic at the Tacoma Dome on Wednesday.

The Conquerors advance to play Curtis in a 12:15 p.m. quarterfinal game Thursday.

Darius Lubom had 12 points and Koby Huerta scored 11 points to the win.

Joey Bodoia paced Bellarmine Prep with 18 points.
