During the recession, City Councilman Jim Berrios remained in business and continued to be a blessing to the community.

This signifies that he knows how to run a business while remaining viable. He is forward thinking about growth, affordable housing, traffic congestion, education, classroom overcrowding and making sure all people are represented.
