Cathy (Nana) 71, born June 9, 1947 in San Francisco, CA passed into the Lord’s Kingdom January 13, 2019.
Cathy is preceded in death by her mother Mary (Barton), father Robert, brother John (Sharon), and first husband Frank Swan. Cathy will be remembered for her devout faith, her kind heart for family, friends and strangers alike.
Cathy is survived by her husband Robert Abramoski, brothers Robert (Kimberly), Thomas (Melinda), Joseph, her children Suzanne Lewis (Keith), Matthew Swan (Joy), Allison Hunter (Kristopher), Daniel Swan (Carrie) and her 12 adoring grandchildren.
