Kent schools to release students one hour earlier due to snow

Kent schools will close one hour earlier than normal on Tuesday, Nov. 29 due to continuing inclement weather.
Kent School District posted the announcement on its website early in the afternoon. All district offices will close an hour early as well.

Buses will drop off students at the snow route bus stop locations Tuesday.
Parents are asked to continue to check their email/phone for any updates to the school schedule for Wednesday, November 30.
Additional school cancellations:
• All after school and evening activities and athletics are canceled. Activity buses are canceled.
• All extended learning programs are canceled.
• Community use of district facilities is canceled
