One person suffers minor injuries after car crashes into Kent home

One person inside a house suffered minor injuries after a vehicle crashed into a Kent home in the 11600 block of SE 223rd Drive.

Firefighters and medics responded at about 12:52 p.m. Friday, Oct. 6, according to Puget Sound Fire. A city of Kent building inspector evaluated the house for structural damage.

Red Cross assisted the family in the home with emergency needs.
