Section of West James Street in Kent closed for track repairs

Crews have closed West James Street in Kent in both directions between Fourth Avenue North and North Lincoln Avenue to do pavement repairs across the Union Pacific Railroad tracks.

The closure began at 12 a.m. Friday, May 1 and goes through 5 p.m. Monday, May 4, according to a city of Kent Public Works Department traffic alert.

Union Pacific Railroad is doing the repairs.
