People walking or driving along Fourth Avenue North in Kent last Friday got an interesting view if they looked up at the new Dwell at Kent Station Apartments.

A window washing crew member rappelled from the roof of the five-story complex to get to the windows.

Pre-leasing is underway as the apartments are expected to open in May. Monthly rent prices range from $1,165 for a studio to $2,500 for a two-bedroom, two-bath unit. Dwell at Kent Station has 154 units.
