Teachers have full enough plate as it is

The WASL, ESL, Ritalin, overcrowding, underpaid, 15 daily work hours, lesson plans, broken homes, dysfunctional families, state standards, ever-changing regulations, weapons, cell phones, lack of parent support or interest, no child left behind, lack of discipline and respect! These are just a few ingredents of the modern classroom. Stir vigorously, bring to a boil, then dump it on a teacher’s lap!

How dare they want a raise….Bah..Hum..Bug!!!
