Country singer Chance McKinney performs July 21 at Lake Meridian Park in Kent

Chance McKinney, who was recently dubbed Country Music Television’s No. 1 unsigned country artist in the nation, plays with his band CrossWire from 7-8:30 p.m. July 21 at the city of Kent’s free Thursdays at the Lake concerts at Lake Meridian Park, 14800 S.E. 272nd St..
McKinney has opened for acts such as Kenny Chesney, Rascal Flatts, George Strait, Taylor Swift, Martina McBride, and Brooks & Dunn. The band plays a mix of country, rock, metal and soul.
