The Seattle area continues to toil in moisture.
For the third consecutive year, the area is well above average in rain totals, with April rainfall closing in on 4 inches.
For the Seattle area, it has been the wettest October-through-April period, a whopping 44.67 inches of rain, breaking the previous high-water mark of 44.52 set last year.
Average rainfall in the seven months from October through April is just 30.38 inches.
