Kentwood downs Davis at King Showcase in Kent

The Kentwood High boys basketball team beat Davis (of Yakima) 73-68 Monday morning in the 2019 King Showcase at the accesso ShoWare Center in Kent.

The win snaps a two-game losing streak for the Conquerors (11-7). Kentwood lost 70-69 to Tahoma on Jan. 15 and 69-61 to Kentridge on Jan. 18.

Kentwood wraps up the regular season with two away games this week, 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22 at Kennedy Catholic and 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25 at Kentlake.
