DL Hughley headlines a group of comedians as part of the Kube 93.3 Healing with Humor event at 8 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 6 at the accesso ShoWare Center in Kent.

The lineup includes Gary Owen, Lil Duval, Ali Siddiq, Gastor Almonte, Aida Rodriguez (host), Joe Torry (host) and DJ Charma. Doors open at 7 p.m.

Tickets are $150, $125, $100, $75, $60 and $45. For tickets, go to accessoshowarecenter.com.

It’s a show designed to bring laughter while creating awareness on the contemporary crisis of the world and the society we live in. This show will take you away from everyday mess and stress and take you into an evening of astute humor and hilarity.

Laughter and Healing are connected. Laughter, in addition to making you giggle and shifting your mental state, has tremendous effects on your physical body.

Healing with Humor will most definitely oxygenate you, stimulate your heart, increase your flight-fight response, improve your immune system, soothe tension, lighten your mood and leave you with a rip-roaring laugh.
