King County prosecutors filed a first-degree murder charge Friday against a 15-year-old Kent teenage boy in connection with the Oct. 30 shooting death of a 16-year-old boy in the Boulevard Park neighborhood, south of Seattle. They also filed a first-degree robbery charge that day against a second 15-year-old Kent boy in connection with the shooting death.

A 16-year-old girl lost control of her car and drove it off the Green River Road into the swollen, swift moving waters of the Green River just north of the Auburn Municipal Golf Course on Friday morning. Two boys, ages 2 and 13, were in the car at the time and remained missing as of 1 p.m.
