The Kent Reporter’s female athlete of the week for Nov. 10 is junior Calire Eaton of Kent-Meridian High School, swim and dive.

Q: What is your favorite subject/class in school?

A: Sports Medicine

Q: Name your Mount Rushmore (Top 4) of Movies?

A: “Fast and Furious”, “Harry Potter”, “Spiderman”, “Bolt”

Q: Who is the person in your life that has helped you succeed the most?

A: My Mom.

Q: You’re on a long road trip, you stop at a gas station. You get one drink and one snack. What are you choosing?

A: Blue Nerds Clusters and a Sprite.

Q: Describe your pre-game ritual

A: Before I get into the blocks (track or swim) I shake my arms twice and slap my legs three times.

Q: Song you currently can’t stop listening to?

A: Lost by Frank Ocean

From the Sidelines: Claire is an all-around great student athlete and person. She qualified in every single event for the post-season and works hard everyday in the pool and cares for her teammates. She brings snacks to every meet and has a 4.0 GPA.
