Memorials planned for Dorian Tursic, the Kent-Meridian teen killed in car wreck

The crash site where Kent-Meridian student Dorian Tursic died Sunday was decorated with a small bouquet Monday morning.

A candlelight vigil in honor of Dorian Tursic, the Kent-Meridian High School student who died early Sunday morning in a car crash, is planned for 6 p.m. Wednesday at French Field on the grounds of kent-Meridian High School. In addition, the flagpole in front of the school has been designated as a memorial spot where those who knew Tursic may place flowers and other items.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday at Marlatt Funeral Home, 713 Central Ave.
