ShoWare to host LDS international dance extravaganza

A large contingent of dancers from throughout the region will perform in Kent.

Nearly 200 performing youth from the Kent area will join about 1,200 other dancers from throughout King County for the Arise and Shine – a multi-Stake Mormon dance festival – on May 26 at the ShoWare Center, 625 W. James St.

Youth will be participating throughout the day in activities with free 90-minute performances at 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

Doors open at 3 p.m.
