Kent schedules free Recycling Collection Event for March 15

Start spring cleaning early and get rid of unwanted items at the city of Kent’s annual free Recycling Collection Event from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 15, at Russell Road Park, 24400 Russell Road.

Residents can bring items hard to recycle at the curb, including tires, most appliances, batteries, Styrofoam, small electronics and woody debris four inches in diameter or larger. For a complete list of what to bring, visit KentRecycles.com.
