Flooding closes Kent streets on Tuesday

Heavy rain on Tuesday has closed a few streets in Kent.
As of 1:30 p.m., here are the road closures, according to the city of Kent:
• 148th Avenue Southeast at Southeast 256th Street due to water over roadway
• James Street (South 240th Street) from Central Avenue to 94th Avenue South due to water over roadway
