Kent reopens SE 256th Street on East Hill

The city of Kent on late Friday morning reopened Southeast 256th Street between 132nd Avenue Southeast and 156th Avenue Southeast.
City crews had closed the road on Tuesday because of flooding near 148th Avenue Southeast after heavy rainfall.
