Expect nighttime traffic delays at Kent-Kangley Road and 116th Avenue SE

Drivers in Kent should expect travel time delays in all directions the nights of April 25-27 at the intersection of Kent-Kangley Road (SR 516) and 116th Avenue Southeast because of utility work by Puget Sound Energy.

Travel lanes will be reduced to one lane in all directions with Kent Police controlling the intersection between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. on Monday, April 25 through Wednesday, April 27.

City officials ask drivers to use an alternate route.
