A field of 128 teams – of all sizes, skills and descriptions, and bearing colorful names – competed for 18 division titles at the seventh annual ShoWare Shootout presented by Republic Services 3-on-3 basketball tournament last weekend.

Boys and girls, men and women, representing teams from throughout the area, hit the outdoor courts on the west parking lot of the ShoWare Center for two days of play. The finals were Sunday.

The tournament is one of the largest of its kind in the area.
