Caylee Kearns and Curtiss Nelson were among several volunteers from Wells Fargo helping to redo steps, install a ramp and build a deck last week for military veteran Lina Paulgen at her East Hill home in Kent.

It’s all part of a nationwide effort to improve 100 homes for veterans in 30 communities with a $300,000 grant from Wells Fargo. Habitat for Humanity of Seattle-King County and Wells Fargo’s Washington Veterans team member network are part of the crew doing the repair work.
