Kent Friends of the Library hosts book sale Sept 14, 15, 16

Kent Friends of the Library presents its annual book sale on Sept 14, 15, 16, at the Kent Library, 212 Second Ave. N., Kent.

Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday with a $3 sale to fill a library book bag.

All proceeds support library programs for children, teenagers, adults and the community.

Book prices start at 25 cents each for children’s books; 50 cents each for paperbacks and $1 each for hard covers.

Thousands of books, including popular titles and authors as well as many special interest categories. Multimedia and children’s materials are also available, as well as vintage and collectible books .
