Kent Police seek public’s help in road rage incident

Kent Police are asking for the public’s help with information regarding a shooting that occurred during a road rage incident on Monday, Jan. 6, along 84th Avenue South near South 212th Street.
A semi-truck driver, a 55-year-old Kent man, was shot and sustained non-life threatening injuries. The man who fired the shots from another vehicle fled the scene.
Detectives were able to locate video of a vehicle seen in the area. The video showed a light colored sport SUV that was traveling northbound on 84th Ave S, suddenly make a U-turn and then continue southbound. Detectives would like to find the owner of this vehicle and talk with them.
Detectives also would like to speak with any witnesses that may have been in the area between 7:20 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. and witnessed the incident.
