Celebrity chef Robert Irvine, a spokesman for Sysco Seattle, Inc., of Kent , gives a presentation at the Northwest Foodservice Show at the Seattle Convention Center on Monday.
The show featured restaurant and foodservice industry professionals, hundreds of vendors on the show floor, educational seminars, new products and inspiring ideas.
