Kent reopens James Street

Kent city crews have reopened the James Street hill between Central Avenue and 94th Avenue South.
The street reopened at about 9:05 a.m. Thursday. Crews had closed the road on Tuesday afternoon because of water over the roadway after flooding from Mill Creek.
