The Kent Police Department wants the public’s help in locating 62-year-old Angel Canales.
He was last seen Sunday, Sept. 27. He walked away from his Kent East Hill adult home care facility and has not been seen or heard from since, according to a Kent Police media release on Wednesday.
Canales has medical conditions to include a heart defect and diabetes that require daily medication. More concerning is that Canales did not take his medication or any personal items with him.
Canales is a Hispanic male. He stands 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds. He has dark hair and brown eyes.
Detectives are working with limited information.
“We are understandably concerned for Canales and with his mental conditions it makes him that much more vulnerable,” said detective Melanie Robinson.
Police ask that anyone seeing or anyone who may know the whereabouts of Canales to call 911.
