Kent Police offer Block Watch 101 class

Learn about the benefits of setting up a Neighborhood Block Watch program at a Block Watch 101 class from 6:30-8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 18, at the Kent City Hall Council Chambers, 220 Fourth Ave. S.

The class is hosted by the Kent Police Department Community Education Unit and the Neighborhood Response Team. Get tips on how to get Block Watch started, and learn about current crime trends and prevention efforts.
