Kent recycling event set for March 12

Kent residents can bring appliances, tires, batteries, bulky yard debris, Styrofoam and other items to a spring recycling day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 12 at Hogan Park at Russell Road, 24400 Russell Road.

The big blue truck from Northwest Center also will be on site to collect clothing in every condition – even if it’s torn, worn or stained
