Apartments grow on Kent’s West Hill | Photo spotlight

Construction work continues in Kent on the 261-unit Grandview Apartments on 11 acres along Veterans Drive (South 228th Street), just east of Military Road South.

Crews are expected to complete construction late this year or early next year.

DevCo, a Bellevue developer, is building the affordable housing complex. The company also plans to build a 246-unit complex on 10 acres in Midway on the east side of Pacific Highway South, just south of the Lowe’s store.
