Businesses are competing in the 3rd Annual Kent Turkey Challenge to raise food and money for the Kent Food Bank.

Businesses are raising money and food for the Kent Food Bank in the 3rd Annual Kent Turkey Challenge hosted by Torklift Central.

Businesses are competing in the 3rd Annual Kent Turkey Challenge to raise food and money for the Kent Food Bank.

The challenge ends Nov. 22.

The first two years of the Kent Turkey Challenge collected more than 3,700 pounds of food and $24,500.

Here are the top three leaders:

Cash Collected:

Torklift Center: $1,585

Youngs Market : $440

Shannon and Associates: $390

Cans Collected:

Youngs Market: 101

Valley RV Supercenter: 100

Kent Reporter: 90

Torklift Central hosts the event and dropped off donation boxes to participating businesses.
