To this date, there are 59 senators and 220 House representatives who are disregarding the will of the American people by seeking to push the bill into federal law before we the people can prevent them.
I am always baffled by the cries of constitutionality in regards to our current attempts at universal health care.

Dorian Tursic was distinguished not only for his being a brainy straight-A student in his first senior year at the Kent Meridian High School, but also noted for his greatness in human relationships skills as well.

Seeing all of those empty for rent stores on Meeker downtown is not something to laugh about and is greatly in need of corrections.

In your Dec. 2 issue the letter “Reader responds to Metro bus ad” “Yes Virginia, there is no God” is their problem, and I say this because when I left the service I had intended to become a minister until I went to a religious university and the changed my mind ... after two years dropped.
So, What’s up with Metro allowing: “Yes Virginia, there is no God?”
Does this group that took out that ad, have 100% positive proof, without a shadow of a doubt, that this statement is true? I’d really like to know.

There is nothing wrong with the schools renting for any use including commercial or community as long as the renter is paying market rates for the space and covering costs of utilities, custodial service, etc.
