Cruisin’ Kent Car Show set for Sunday, Aug. 24 at Kent Station

Seventh-annual event will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The seventh annual Cruisin’ Kent Classic Car Show returns from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 24 at Kent Station shopping center, 417 Ramsay Way.

The display will include timeless classics to souped-up customs, motorcycles as all makes, models and years are welcome.

The free, family-friendly event supports the Green River College VET Fund, which provides vital support to veterans. The show is hosted by Kent Station in partnership with the city of Kent.

Check-in for vehicles starts at 9:30 a.m. The first 100 registered vehicles will receive a collectible metal dash plaque and a free raffle ticket. Trophies and raffle drawings will be announced at 1:45 p.m. on the main stage near Harborstone Credit Union.
