Blast from the past: Auburn antique mall unites classic style under one roof

Sometimes what you’re looking for just can’t be found on the store shelf. Sometimes, you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for until you find it! Other times, what you want just doesn’t exist in the modern, throw-away world — so where do you find that unique item or gift?

While time travel may be science fiction, finding quality treasures from the past is shopping fact at the Antique Marketplace. The wares may be vintage, but this new antique mall has goods made to stand the test of time —because they already have. This is where you can find that one-of-a-kind gift for that one-of-a-kind person.

Classic style and endless possibilities

Carly Willis opened Antique Marketplace almost a year ago, following in her family’s footsteps in the antique business. “It took a little while to find the right location, and I thought I would have to look for dealers to fill the space,” she says. But with her reputation as a knowledgeable industry expert preceding her, “it all just fell into place!”

If you’ve always had a yen for the vintage scene, you know that every find is unique and half the fun is the hunt! And if you’ve never shopped vintage before, prepare to be amazed!

Green vintage scene

Of course, buying previously loved has a variety of advantages over new. Vintage is a green alternative, and back in the day, stuff was built to last. Instead of a table that’s one of thousands, you can find a table that is one in a thousand — and it’ll outlast anything you can throw at it too.

An old-fashioned Christmas — in more ways than one!

Over the last few years, Christmas felt like it was on hold, so it’s great to contemplate an old-fashioned Christmas celebration with friends and family gathered around — and the Antique Marketplace can help you decorate and gift in kind!

We all have folks on our Christmas list, the ones who collect things, or who are difficult to buy for. Antique Marketplace is the perfect place to find a gift as unique as they are. There’s something for everyone — vintage clothing, toys, furniture, housewares, vinyl, rock ‘n’ roll memorabilia, Christmas ornaments … just about everything you can think of and everything you can’t!

Just like your loved one, they don’t make ‘em like that anymore.

Come down to the Antique Marketplace and discover a new-to-you treasure at 1809 Howard Rd, Suite B, Auburn. Call them at 253-397-4160 or find them on Facebook here.
