Residents of the 33rd Legislative District are invited to a Community Town Hall from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 15 in Building 8 at Highline College, 2400 S. 240th St., in Des Moines.
Sen. Tina Orwall, D-Des Moines, and state Reps. Mia Gregerson, D-SeaTac, and Edwin Obras, D-SeaTac, will meet with residents to answer questions and discuss important issues affecting the district.
Orwall replaced this session Sen. Karen Keiser, D-Des Moines, who retired. Obras replaced Orwall in the state House. Orwall and Obras were appointed to fill the vacancies by the King County Council.
The 33rd District includes parts of Kent, Tukwila and Renton, east Burien, and the cities of Normandy Park, SeaTac and Des Moines.
