A Celebration of Life for Oscar Lindsay, 15, is set for 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20 at Real Life Church, 26201 180th Ave. SE., in Covington.
Oscar, a Kentwood High School student, died Feb. 7 after a medical event. The King County Medical Examiner’s Office has reported his cause and manner of death as pending, until more details are known. The King County Sheriff’s Office said it was not a suspicious death.
The family of Oscar said the gathering will allow people to share memories and honor what Oscar meant to each of us.
The event will be closed casket. Light refreshments will be served.

“Please come as you are, or in attire that honors how we saw Oscar daily: soccer jersey or flannel pajama pants and sweatshirt and crocs,” according to a family post on everloved.com.
