KBAC offers Girls Who Code summer immersion program

Kent Black Action Commission (KBAC) has announced a new partnership with Girls Who Code (GWC), a national nonprofit organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in technology.
In keeping with its mission, GWC is conducting summer immersion programs throughout the country.
The free program, which runs for seven weeks, is for current 10th- and 11th-grade girls. Classrooms are in leading technology companies like Facebook, Microsoft, and AT&T.
The application process is competitive and will close on March 17. Applications are by online submission. Mention KBAC as your affiliation on the application.
