Kent Police arrested an employee of a local business wanted by Seattle Police for investigation of second-degree rape of a child.
Officers were dispatched last week to a business in the Kent Valley and arrested a 39-year-old Issaquah man, according to a Monday, May 19 Kent Police statement. Officers took the man into custody without incident. Police did not release the date or address of the arrest.
Seattle Police had searched for the man earlier, but he was not at work at the time, according to Kent Police. A witness called 911 to report the man’s location, which led to the Kent Police response by two officers.
