Anyone who has logged onto www.kentreporter.com recently will have noticed a few changes.

The Web site was recently revamped with a new look as well as improved access and enhanced services. Kentreporter.com now provides even more local news, including breaking news, Web extras and features.

“We want our readers to be able to utilize our Web site for local community news and features as well as for breaking news,” said Polly Bauer, publisher of the Kent Reporter. “This redesign will provide even more access to services never provided before on our site.”

As well as providing news and photos about community, readers can see the most-read stories in the region and the most-read in Washington.

In the coming months, the site also will feature blogging opportunities and a section to allow readers to comment on stories.

“We’re very excited about the enhanced opportunities the new site will provide,” said Laura Pierce, editor of the Kent Reporter.

The site also features comics, horoscopes, up-to-the-minute Lottery numbers and weather. Check out the new look today at www.kentreporter.com.
