Amy Hobson, president-elect of the Rotary Club of Kent, and Brandy Dollarhide, secretary of Meridian Kent Kiwanis, helped lead a recent drive among members to collect 750 rolls of toilet paper to donate to the KentHOPE Day Center for Women and Children, 9009 Canyon Drive.
The center serves an average of 30 women and three children a day, meeting their immediate needs and linking them to community resources to find jobs and housing. The Seattle Union Gospel Mission helps run the center.
