King County residents can bring items to a Special Recycling Event from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, June 11 at the Kent Phoenix Academy parking lot, 11000 S.E. 264th St. on the East Hill.
Bring items that are not easily recycled at the curb including bulky yard debris, concrete, rock and brick, appliances, reusable household goods, confidential material to shred, and limited electronics. No TVs, computers, monitors or laptops will be accepted. Those items can be taken to the Goodwill Store on 102nd Avenue for free recycling.
