Renton man, 26, found fatally shot at Kent apartment complex

A 26-year-old Renton man was fatally shot early Saturday morning, Feb. 11 at a Kent apartment complex.

Officers responded at about 5:47 a.m. to the Phoenix Court Apartments in the 23900 block of 111th Place SE, according to a Kent Police statement. A 911 caller reported sounds of a gunshot and a person lying in the parking lot.  Officers found a man with a gunshot wound to the head who was dead.

Detectives are working the case and have not made an arrest.
