Another person was injured later that night in a retaliatory shooting at a Kent East Hill apartment. Of the 13 victims, seven were gang members, according to Kent Police. A taxicab driver picked up the man and noticed after he was in the car that he had a gun with him. The cab driver drove to the transit station, exited the cab and called 911 to report the man with a gun.
