Grade: Junior.

Sport: Track and Field.

Accomplishment: Hall established a new personal best in the high jump for the second week in a row, uncorking a leap of 6-feet-2 inches. Hall also reached a new level in the 300-meter hurdles, where he broke the tape with a personal-best time of 40.55.

Favorite class: U.S. History.

Favorite Movie: Gladiator.

What’s on your iPod?: “Gravity,” by John Mayer.

Also noted: Hall is part of Chamber Orchestra, is an Eagle Scout and aspires to attend Brigham Young University in Utah after he graduates from high school.
