Join State Sen. Claudia Kauffman, Kent Reporter Publisher Polly Shepherd and Editor Laura Pierce for lunch noon Thursday at the Kent Senior Activity Center.

You’re invited to come share your views, ask questions and just have a social hour with folks at the always-lively Kent Senior Center lunch program. The lunch program is open to the public and costs a measly $6. That includes the day’s entree, or a soup and salad, or a fresh-prepared deli sandwich and salad.

It’s good, and it’s a great way to support a program that means a lot to the seniors of Kent.

We’ll be bringing new guests each week, so stay tuned.
