Kent-Meridian host the inaugural Dick Pruett Memorial Wrestling Tournament, Saturday, Jan. 7. Dick Pruett coached Kent-Meridian for 26 years (1966-1992), produced 63 state placers, 16 champions and three team titles. Former Kent-Meridian wrestler Jesus Valdez ran the inaugural tournament.
