State Liquor Board sets public hearings about recreational marijuana proposed rules

The Washington State Liquor Control Board will hold five public hearings/special meetings across across the state Aug. 6-8 regarding the proposed rules for Initiative 502 implementation for the sale and manufacturing of recreational marijuana.

The hearings/meetings are a mandatory part of the rule-making process and provide an opportunity for stakeholders to provide testimony on the proposed rules for I-502.
